By purchasing an online membership the member agrees to the following terms:

Superior Shine Unlimited Wash Club member may wash the specific registered vehicle as often as he/she wishes within the calendar month. Wash benefits shall correspond to the membership and payment levels selected by the member.

Membership in the Superior Shine Car Wash Unlimited Wash Club will be charged today and billed the same day every month.

Your membership will be automatically renewed each month by charging the appropriate selected monthly fee, from the payment source provided with this application.

Member agrees to allow a Bar Code tag to be applied to the registered vehicle.

Failure of the payment source to renew, at any time, will automatically result in immediate cancellation of the membership. Membership may be restored by providing a valid funding source within a 30 day period.

Member may cancel at anytime in writing. No refunds will be given for any remaining monthly payments already charged.

Member may elect to change program levels at anytime, by notifying the staff and paying the difference. Refund policy applies to any remainder.

Only the registered car may use the provided Bar Code tag may use the club membership.

Removing the Bar Code tag will destroy it and the member agrees to pay $20 to replace it.

Member agrees to notify the car wash when the registered vehicle changes ownership.

Registered vehicles must fit in the wash tunnel as determined by wash employees.

The car wash reserves the right to cancel, alter, or amend the program at anytime by email, giving 30 days notice to the member.

Refunds will not be given if the car wash is closed due to maintenance or inclement weather for periods of limited duration.

Unlimited wash programs cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

Failure to comply with any of the terms, will result in immediate termination of the club membership and benefits.

Membership agreement will be in accordance with Michigan law.
